Description: Deannexed October 1, 2013 (Ordinance #2013-07)From: Gayle Starling [mailto:gstarling@flaglercounty.org] Sent: Wednesday, October 22, 2014 3:10 PMTo: Cathy Almberg; 'TODD LARGACCI'Subject: RE: Agricultural museum deannex - county flum and zoningHi Cathy,FLU and Zoning have a situation where, when parcels are annexed/deannexed, they retain the existing designations until the new jurisdiction adopts FLU and Zoning for them. It is confusing, but previously it was only Unincorporated County that had to deal with it, having ‘Unincorporated Zoning (or FLU)’, ‘Unincorporated Zoning (or FLU) within Palm Coast’, and ‘Unincorporated Zoning (or FLU) within Bunnell’. Until new Zoning and FLU is adopted by the County for the Ag Museum parcels, you will probably need to keep a Zoning shapefile of ‘Palm Coast Zoning’ and another shapefile of ‘Palm Coast Zoning within Unincorporated County’ (same for FLU). If you remove those parcels from your shapefiles, I will add them to mine, but they will look the same until new designations are adopted. I’ve asked our Planning Dept if any action is in the works to adopt Unincorporated FLU/Zoning there and the answer is no.Gayle StarlingE911 GIS SpecialistFlagler County Emergency Services(386) 313-4274gstarling@flaglercounty.org
